Quite a big change huh

This is just a practice image, nothing serious.. I like to play around sometimes

This is the close up rollover.

I guess you can tell which is the retouched version.. The one with the eyelashes is my retouch, the one with no makeup is the before image (non photoshopped)

Glitter and everything was done by hand.. no textures or brushes used.. i will do a tutorial at some point, or a video tutorial.
